INNOVATORS

We are visionaries who identify problems and recognize them as the necessary impetus for growth. Inspired by communal principles, we pool our resources to develop innovative and ethical outcomes.

SCHOLARS

We develop strong work habits and intrinsic motivation through active partnerships with parents, students, and staff. Working with integrity, we strive to acquire knowledge, understanding, and wisdom.

INQUIRERS

We demonstrate mastery with a successive progression of learning materials, steadily working towards the abstract. We examine ideas and issues critically and creatively, measuring the impact of our efforts on the local community and the world at large.

ADVENTURERS

We take risks, meeting challenges with perseverance, flexibility, and determination. We build resiliency learning from our mistakes and celebrating our successes.

PEACE-MAKERS

We make a positive difference in the world by considering the perspectives of others and balancing our response with compassion and empathy.

CONSTRUCTORS

We are fully engaged in our own self-construction. We are working towards functional independence, and the development of life-long skills, while recognizing the interdependence of our community.
